S.C.O.T.T.S. BOAT SAFE is a Winnipeg based company providing training and testing services for boaters to acquire their Pleasure Craft Operator Card. We also offer training and testing through our instructor base in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.

WHO NEEDS THEIR CARD?
Vessel operators born after April 1, 1983 requires their operator card.
All operators of personal water craft and vessels under 4m. (13' 1") require their card.
As of 09/15/2009, all pleasure craft operators require their operator card.
