This is a cost effective way to save time and money in the event your Pleasure Craft Operator Card is ever lost or stolen. This is a two part process, first with the information you provide below, we will verify that we can issue extra cards, then we will email back with the ordering instructions to confirm payment options.

The fee for extra cards is $25.00 plus G.S.T. and we will mail you TWO extra Pleasure Craft Operator Cards.

Please scan, or take a photo (digital camera or cell phone camera) and email a copy, or photo copy and fax to us at 204-444-2567. If we can send out extra cards for you we will email back with
ordering instructions.
